My Treatment Programme
At your first appointment I will take an extensive history take. From this I will gain valuable information which will enable me to tailor my approach to your individual needs.
You may have lived with an issue for some time and in some cases issues can be just as quickly changed as they were formed. I believe in the brief therapy approach only working with you for as long as is needed. However if you feel you need any further help in the future you can always contact me again to make any additional appointments that may be required.
I will ask of you two things when you come to see me:
1. A real and genuine desire to change. Your time is precious.
2.Because most therapy takes place in between sessions a willingness to do a bit of ‘homework’ in between sessions a couple of examples of which would be noticing any differences that may have happened or listening to an mp3 recording
